We are located in Westboro, at the corner of Roosevelt and Richmond, just West of Churchill Avenue in the Westboro Village Pharmasave building. (We're right above the Starbucks.)

To access our office from the main floor, enter the Pharmacy and walk through to the back where the stairs and elevator are located, or come through the back entrance located by the parking lot; if the Pharmacy is closed, please use the back enterance. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and turn left (toward Starbucks) down the corridor. We are the last door on the right. We will be glad to greet you upon your arrival.

24 HOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

At Metta Massage & Yoga Clinic, we understand that sometimes you will need to change your appointment. We hope the Online Booking system will assist you in being able to check your appointment time, and make changes easily. 24 Hours Notice is required to cancel a booking at no charge, otherwise full fees apply. Please notify us as soon as possible when you realize your booking time is not appropriate for you. Notification can be done easily calling the reception desk at (613) 724-4747. Most patients re-book weeks and months in advance, so please keep in mind that your Massage Therapist will appreciate the opportunity to re-book the time that was reserved for you, and that is unlikely to happen on the same day or at the last minute. Please be aware that the 24 hour cancellation policy will still be in effect with same day bookings. Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session. In case of emergencies and illness, exceptions to the policy can be made at the discretion of your Massage Therapist.
