In this beautiful massage, three levels are addressed simultaneously: the physical body (joints, muscles, organs); the flow of subtle energy through pathways called the Sen (meridians); and the realm of heart consciousness (spirit). Learn the classic sequence of a Traditional Thai massage in the Northern Shivagokomarpaj lineage along with the pathways through the body called "Sen" that connect internal organs, senses and various body parts and systems. Clinic fees are being adjusted slightly to reflect the fees for banking, rent, and other expenses which have creeped up over time. Massage Therapy fees are now $75+gst for 1 hour, and $85+gst for 1 hour Therapeutic Hot Stone Massage.

Craig Curran, RMT began his practice at Metta in July '08, in preparation to take over Amy's schedule when she went on maternity leave. Craig has quickly become a favorite of prenatal clients and sports enthusiasts, as well as taking on several MVA cases. As a Massage Therapist, Craig takes a particular interest in putting together the puzzle pieces of myofascial pain and dysfunction. Treating a variety of clients including athletes, prenatal clients, people with chronic pain and other injuries, Craig offers a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to massage therapy treatment. We welcome Craig to the Massage Therapy Team at Metta Massage & Yoga Clinic! Craig practices massage therapy at Metta Tuesdays through Saturdays.
This autumn, Metta welcomes the addition of Diana Truesdell, RMT as a full-time Massage Therapist at Metta. Diana brings 5 years of Massage Therapy experience to her practice at Metta Massage & Yoga Clinic, with additional training in Shiatsu Massage. A long-term practitioner of yoga, Diana has an approach that incorporates her education in energy healing and whole body intergration, and encourages clients to experience quieting of the mind to enhance healing and stress relief. Diana offers both deep tissue massage techniques as well as gentle healing energy work. Diana is the proud parent of identical twin boys, and welcomes prenatal clients and new parents to enjoy the benefits of massage!
